On June 3, Family Care Network changed to a new patient portal, called MyChart.

It will take several months to transfer FCN’s existing clinical data so it is available in MyChart. During this time, patients will continue to have access to InTouch. All new activity or information (lab results, visit summaries, refills, messaging, etc.) will populate in MyChart starting June 3; it will not appear in InTouch.

New Accounts: New InTouch patient portal accounts are no longer available. Download the MyChart app, or go to to create a patient portal account.
